DAYBREAK (formerly Interfaith Hospitality Network)
Contact - Michelle Kinsella

DAYBREAK (operated by Human Solutions) is a coalition of Churches which provides shelter to homeless families. Every nine weeks we provide volunteers to cook and share meals, transport families to and from the day center, and stay overnight. To volunteer and for more information, visit the online schedule.

  Food Basket
Contact - Parish Office

The Food Basket Program provides emergency food to families in need within our parish boundaries. Names of families are provided to us by St. Vinent De Paul. Volunteers then gather food from our food pantry and deliver it to the families. You can also help by bringing food to church and dropping it in the barrels in the foyer.

  St. Francis Dining Hall
Our neighbors at St. Francis Catholic Church need volunteers to give just 1½ hours (per week or month) to serve the homeless and low income. Dinner starts at 5 PM Monday thru Friday and 3:30 on Sunday, but come anytime. If you are new to the Dining Hall, the staff looks forward to meeting you. If you've volunteered before, they'd love to see you again. Questions? Call 503-234-2028.

Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities welcomes and coordinates nearly 2,300 volunteers throughout western Oregon in our 12 programs and five member agencies.

  Hands on Portland
Through its partnerships with local service organizations, Hands on Portland offers volunteers flexibility by allowing volunteers to participate in a variety of projects without requiring a long-term commitment.
